Production process: Made with a blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay which are initially fermented individually and then blended in stainless steel to obtain the final coupage. This is then transferred to bottle where second fermentation takes place. It spends 24 months in bottle.
Color: Pale yellow in colour with fine persistent chains of bubbles rising to the surface.
Nose: Aromas of Mediterranean fruits with hints of pastry and white flowers.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh, fruity with fine bubbles, great balance and acidity.
Food Pairing: This cava is best served with seafood, mild cheeses, white meats or great to drink alone.
Serving Temperature: Best served at between 6-8°C
