Production process: A mix of different grain is used containing malt. The grain is ground into a fine flour and then mixed with water. Once all sugars are dissolved in the warm water, the mix is then filtered to separate the sugary water from the worst, pulp, and any other solid residue left by the grain. Yeast is then added to begin the fermentation process. This process takes a few days to complete. The vodka is distilled a total of three times to gain a high alcohol content, and is then lowered slightly with pure water from the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Finally the vodka is filtered to create the beautifully smooth N Vodka.
