Sinister Dark Red Blend

Origin: Valencia, Spain

Grape Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc & Syrah

Alcohol Content: 13 %

Winemaking:
This sinister blend is made from specially selected grapes, picked at the early hours of the night for optimum freshness & mystery. Fermented at low temperatures.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Depp cherry red in color.
Nose: Aromas of fruits of the forest with a mineral undertone.
Taste: on the palate, this wine is jammy and full bodied, with an elegant long finish.

Food Pairing:
Can be served with all meats, cheeses and tomato based pasta dishes.

Jackie-O Carmenere

Category: Icon Carmenerejackie-o

Origin: Curico, Chile

Grape Varieties: 95% Carmenère & 5% Merlot

Alcohol Content: 13.5%

Winemaking: Located in the central valley, an important wine-growing zone in Chile with its changes in soil and climate which produce wines from a unique variety of vines. Jackie O is 100% barrel-aged.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Deep ruby-red
Nose: Intense ripe fruit which includes plums and black cherries. Violet floral tones and elegant toasted oak, well integrated with fruit.
Taste: Dense Flavors of blueberry, dark chocolate and roasted hazlenut, which combine perfectly with it’s elegant oak

Food Pairing: Best paired with white meat, pastas, and strong cheeses

Serving Temperature: Best served between 16-18°C

 

 

 

N Gin

n ginGin Type: Distilled in a double copper still

Origin: Valencia, Spain

Alcohol Content: 39%

Gin-making:
Production process: N Gin VLC is produced using extremely high  quality alcohol. Distilled in a double copper still, the botanicals used are each distilled separately and are blended  at the end and then distilled again for the perfect finish.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Crystal clear and brilliant

Taste: Crisp, fresh, floral & citrus

The Bottle:
The bottle design has smooth curves and a distinctive shape, with an elegant but bold closure reflecting it’s citric content. The closure doubles as a measure to make the perfect “N Gin and Tonic”!

N Vodka

n VodkaVodka Type:Triple distilled

Origin: Valencia, Spain

Alcohol Content: 40%

Vodka-making:
Production process: A mix of different grain is used containing malt. The grain is ground into a fine flour and then mixed with water. Once all sugars are dissolved in the warm water, the mix is then filtered to separate the sugary water from the worst, pulp, and any other solid residue left by the grain. Yeast is then added to begin the fermentation process. This process takes a few days to complete. The vodka is distilled a total of three times to gain a high alcohol content, and is then lowered slightly with pure water from the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Finally the vodka is filtered to create the beautifully smooth N Vodka.

Sparkling Wine

Category: Sparkling Wine

Region: D.O. Cava (Valencia) SPAIN

Grape Varieties: Macabeo & Chardonnay

Alcohol Content: 12%

Winemaking:
Production process: Made with a blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay which are initially fermented individually and then blended in stainless steel to obtain the final coupage. This is then transferred to bottle where second fermentation takes place. It spends 24 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Pale yellow in colour with fine persistent chains of bubbles rising to the surface.
Nose: Aromas of Mediterranean fruits with hints of pastry and white flowers.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh, fruity with fine bubbles, great balance and acidity.

Food Pairing: This cava is best served with seafood, mild cheeses, white meats or great to drink alone.

Serving Temperature: Best served at between 6-8°C

Rose

Category: Young Rosé Winenodus-rosado-2015

Region: Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia) SPAIN

Grape Varieties: 100% Bobal

Alcohol Content: 12%

Winemaking:
The best grapes from our vineyards are selected for this Rosé 100% Bobal. Using the static draining technique or bleeding after 8 – 10 hours of cold maceration, we extract all the aromas and colour from the skins; the must is then left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at 16º Celsius.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Bright raspberry red colour
Nose: Intense red fruit, aromas of cherries and plums. Floral notes on the finish.
Taste: On the palate it is elegant, fresh and tasty.

Food Pairing:
Combines well with seafood, fish, salads, mild cheeses and great to drink alone.

Serving Temperature: 8-10ºC.

Chardonnay

Category: White wine fermented in oak barrelsnodus-chardonnay

Region: Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia) SPAIN

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Vintage: 2012 (Own Vineyards. Estate Bottled)

Winemaking:
Following careful selection of our Chardonnay grapes from “Finca El Renegado”, the grape must undergoes a short period of cold maceration, this must is then left to ferment in new French oak barrels for three months, extracting its full potential. The result is a magnificent full bodied white with great character.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Straw yellow colour with golden hints. Clean and bright.
Nose: A wonderful and elegant array of complex aromas, with fragrances of tropical fruits and vanilla, due to its time spent in oak.
Taste: It is well structured.

Food Pairing:
Great with all seafood and fish, mild cheeses, pâtés and white meats.

Serving Temperature: 10 -12ºC.

Reserva Varietal

Region: Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia) SPAIN

Grape Varieties: 40%Tempranillo, 30%Cabernet Sauvignon, 30%Syrah

Vintage: 2008 (Own Vineyards. Estate Bottled)

Alcohol Content: 13.5%

Winemaking:
Slow maceration with the grape skins at the end of the harvest and then this wine continued aging in American and French oak barrels for 18 months, integrating fruit and toasted aromas of oak.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Deep garnet color
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit and elegant oak
Taste: Full bodied palate, good fruit, tannins really softened up, round, buttery, velvety taste with a long stay in the mouth.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, hard cheese or Spanish ham (Jamon Serrano)

Serving Temperature: 15-18ºC. Leave it breathing for 1 hour before serving.

Bobal

Category: Young Red wine with some aging in oaknodus-bobal2015-21

Grape Variety: 100 % Bobal

Vintage: 2010 (Own Vineyards. Estate Bottled)

Winemaking:
The grapes are machine harvested first thing in the morning to ensure that they are picked at their coolest. Following the initial crushing of the grapes the remaining must is then slow
macerated. Fermentation then takes place at a low temperature. The wine is then placed in French oak barrels for 3 to 4 months before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Deep cherry red in colour with a light violet rim.
Nose: A great aroma of ripe fruits of the forest, strawberries and raspberries. With a light vanilla toastiness and hints of licorice and spices.
Taste: Full bodied and fruity with well rounded tanins, great acidity and light vanilla notes with a touch of smokiness. A well balanced wine with a persistent finish.

Food Pairing:
Great with red meats, fatty fish, casseroles, tomato based pasta dishes and rice. Also ideal with all types of cheese.

Serving Temperature: Best served at: 15-18º

Merlot

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromatic black cherry fruit, faint notes of black pepper and vanilla, soft tannins, and classic structure.
Taste: Dry but with some delicacy..

Food Pairing: Red & white meat, tomato based pasta dishes, casseroles, stews and barbacue. Also good with a variety of cheeses.
