Winemaking:
Harvested at night to collect the fresh fruit makes it a short maceration of the must with the skins at a low temperature prior to pressing, for fermentation spend a couple of months in new French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Pale yellow with hints of bright green.
Nose: Intense aroma of mandarine orange, fresh cut flowers and tropical fruits.
Taste: Very balanced, very tasty with good acidity, and a long ending.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with all fish dishes, salads and appetizers or just alone with friends.
Serving Temperature: Serve it chilled.
