From selected grapes, harvested at the optimum ripening time in the field that helps to develop this wine. Then it is fermented at low temperatures, developing its fruity character. The wine then remains a few months in French Oak barrels to create a final product with a smooth vanilla finish with notes of juicy red and black fruits.
Color: Bright and deep red cherry tones.
Nose: Elegant, complex, with intense fruit character and spicy wood.
Taste: On the palate, leaves a structured way, velvety and persistent.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with all meat dishes and hard cheeses or just alone with friends.
Serving Temperature: It is best served slightly chilled – but not too much – around 57ºF to 64ºF.
